"In 2007, pcaArchitecture was engaged by the Town of Turner to oversee the design and construction of a new municipal office building. The project was to be competitively bid and the bid process proved to be very competitive. TPD was the low bidder of ten participants, however represented and unknown quantity to both the architect and the owner. After reviewing their qualification statement and confirming references, TPD was chosen as the general contractor for the Turner Municipal Office Building project.

In the final analysis, the project was delivered under budget and ahead of schedule. The quality of work was excellent. The construction team proved to be highly knowledgeable and respectful, and embraced the team approach to building construction. I believe I can speak for the owner when I say that TPD performed beyond all expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any project with which I am associated."
