Three-Story Apartment Building for low income elderly
Twenty, One Bedroom Apartments
Three Communal Laundry Rooms
One Community Room |
The Gawron Turgeon architectural team had not worked with TPD Construction prior to the McArthur Home project, but quickly realized that they had a true partner they could trust on this construction of a three-story apartment building.
We completed the project early, in what Architect Rebecca Dillon described as “a rarity these days.” The housing for low-income elderly residents had nearly 24,000 square feet of gross floor area; 20 one-bedroom apartments; three communal laundry rooms, and a community room.
Rebecca also was impressed with our team’s professionalism and attention to detail: “It was by far the closest I have seen a project come to perfection during a final walk-through in the 18 years that I have been in the business.”
