2,200 S.F. Gross Floor Area New Retail Facility with Seating Capacity

 

After fire destroyed a Dairy Queen in Biddeford, Maine, the Owner needed help getting back into business quickly. TPD Construction exceeded the Owner’s expectations and completed the new restaurant ­– from demolition of the damaged old building to turning over the keys on a new one -- in 90 days.

The project was the first Dairy Queen in Maine or New Hampshire to be constructed using the new concept/design by Corporate Dairy Queen. Upon completion, there was a special Open House to present the new design to area franchisees in both states.
