5,200 S.F. Gross Floor Area Five Unit Family Housing Facility Built by Creative Housing Alternatives for Maine People Standards Built by Maine State Housing Authority Construction Standards

 

Inspectors from the Maine State Housing Authority and Joy & Hamilton Architects, Inc. had a surprise when they did a final review of the Bates Street Apartments project. They found no punch list items at all because everything had been completed exactly as they wanted.

The architect, David Joy, called this situation “unheard of, and a mighty testament to the quality of your work” on the five-unit family housing facility built by Creative Housing Alternatives for Maine People Standards.

The 5,200-square-foot (gross floor area) project was completed to Maine State Housing Authority Construction Standards. As Joy noted, the work was “completed on time, within budget, with few change orders and with excellent workmanship.”
