Business Development Director
Josh Howe is responsible for all activities related to procuring new business and maintaining client relationships during and after each construction project. He oversees TPD Construction Co.’s marketing, advertising and sales efforts, including preparation of company publications and project photos. Josh also assists with estimating activities and locating and qualifying subcontractors and suppliers.
Josh attended Northeastern University in Boston, majoring in Management and Entrepreneurship. He is a member of the Maine Real Estate and Development Association’s Membership and Marketing Committee. Prior to joining TPD Construction, he spent 5 years working in management and marketing for one of the nation’s top 20 privately held companies. Josh has 15 years experience working in customer service and client relations.
