Project Manager – Southeast

Kurt Dys manages construction projects throughout the Southeast U.S. for TPD Construction Co.’s St. Petersburg, FL office.

With over 20 years experience in the industry, Kurt has had the opportunity to be involved in nearly every aspect of a wide variety of construction projects. He has held positions as a site superintendant, purchasing manager, estimator, project manager, and owner of a commercial building company.

Kurt attended Ferris State University and then St. Petersburg College, majoring in Building Construction. In 2002 he earned his Florida State Contractor’s License from the Contractors Institute. He has also earned 30 accredited hours training with the US Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration for Construction Safety and Health, and is General Contractors First Aid and CPR Certified.
